Chiaroscuro: Light and Dark

The life and work of Italian painter Caravaggio was the lens through which Pastor Chris took a close look at Saul's conversion recorded in Acts 9. The way Caravaggio captured that dramatic event on the Road to Damascus gives some helpful insights into our own conversions and lives of discipleship. Along the way, we looked at three of the painter's classic pieces and talked about his use of the "Chiaroscuro" technique, a breathtaking contrast between light and dark.
