Jesus gets into some trouble in His hometown synagogue. Well, not at first. At first, things seemed to be going quite well: Jesus read the Scripture appointed for the day, and Luke's Gospel account tells us that all spoke well of Him. There's another curious phrase in the passage as well: it says that "all eyes were fixed on Him." The "trouble" for Jesus starts after He reads the Scripture and begins to teach.
