1. Expectation of Compliance. Epiclesis and the Website support the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and the protection of intellectual property rights pursuant to the laws of the United States, individual states and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (“Berne Convention”).
